Reports
Generate daily and weekly summaries, prepare digests, and export report artifacts.
Daily report
The daily report summarizes the latest operating window with KPIs, highlights, watchouts, and top alerts.
- Generate after the daily rebuild has completed.
- Check highlights and watchouts before sending.
- Use it for the morning profit review.
Weekly report
The weekly report is better for trend review, pricing decisions, and supplier discussions.
- Generate near the end of the operating week.
- Compare margin, refunds, discounts, and top alerts.
- Export the report for leadership or operations review.
Email digest and exports
Reports can be prepared for email delivery and exported as JSON, Markdown, CSV, HTML, email text, PDF, or share image depending on the current configuration.
- Configure recipients in Settings.
- Prepare digest before sending or retrying delivery.
- Use exports when sharing outside the Shopify admin.
