Why are some names still in the original language?
Profit Guard translates the interface and manual. Store names, product names, SKU values, customer-entered content, and saved historical alert titles are preserved to avoid changing merchant data.
Why does margin look incomplete?
Margin depends on Shopify order data and cost coverage. Missing direct costs, supplier assumptions, refunds, discounts, and transaction fee assumptions can all change the result.
What should I send support?
Include your shop domain, current page, selected language, relevant alert or report ID, the time of the issue, and screenshots when possible.
