Billing
Review trial state, current plan, available plans, subscription events, and Shopify managed pricing links.
Subscription status
The billing center shows the current plan, subscription status, trial end time, billing mode, and whether billing is running in test or live mode.
- Refresh billing state after approving a plan in Shopify.
- Check trial end time before onboarding a production merchant.
- Use live mode only when the app distribution is ready for real billing.
Plan selection
Available plans are shown with price, billing period, and feature summary. In managed billing mode, Shopify handles the plan picker.
- Choose the plan that matches store volume and operating needs.
- Complete approval in Shopify when redirected.
- Return to Profit Guard and refresh billing state if needed.
Billing events
Recent billing events help support teams confirm plan changes, charge IDs, subscription updates, and callback timing.
- Use events to debug failed or delayed plan activation.
- Compare event plan keys with current plan.
- Contact support if Shopify approval succeeded but the app still shows the wrong state.
