Dashboard
Read store status, billing state, profit pulse, sync activity, and the next recommended action.
Store status
The store status card confirms which shop is connected, whether the installation is active, the current plan, currency, timezone, last sync time, and historical sync state.
- Check the shop name before changing data.
- Confirm historical sync is completed or intentionally queued.
- Use last sync time to decide whether a daily rebuild is needed.
Profitability pulse
The pulse summarizes recent sales, gross profit, margin, refund rate, discount rate, cost coverage, and health score. Treat it as the daily operating snapshot.
- Look for sudden margin, refund, or discount movement.
- Open Profit when a number needs deeper order or SKU context.
- Open Alerts when the dashboard shows active critical issues.
Quick actions
Quick actions queue operational jobs. They are useful during onboarding, recovery, and manual verification, but they should not replace the normal worker schedule in production.
- Queue bootstrap only when the shop profile needs to be refreshed.
- Queue backfills when historical product or order data is incomplete.
- Queue daily rebuild after changing costs or validating a seeded test store.
