Triage margin issues, assign ownership, review evidence, and close the action loop.
Alert list
The alert list groups active and closed issues by severity, alert type, entity, owner, reviewer, and saved view. Use filters to focus on the queue that matters today.
- Start with critical active alerts.
- Filter by alert type when investigating one class of issue.
- Use saved views for recurring team workflows.
Alert detail
Open an alert to inspect the affected entity, impact estimate, confidence, completeness, explanation, and recommended next action.
- Review confidence and completeness before acting.
- Compare the recommendation with the latest Profit and Costs data.
- Leave notes when the alert requires human judgment.
Workflow actions
Use mark read, assign owner, assign reviewer, mark reviewed, resolve, ignore, and close actions to keep alerts from drifting.
- Assign an owner when the alert needs operational work.
- Mark reviewed when the numbers have been checked.
- Resolve only when the cause is understood or corrected.
